Technical level and physical intensity

Technical level: Open to all The intensity of the program is a little more sustained and good physical condition is necessary.

Assessment: You jog, dance, cycle or do any other sport once a week.

Site

The Essaouira spot is a complete spot par excellence. A bay protected from the sea swell; to the north, the long planking tacks; to the south, the waves for jumps and surfs.

Nights: Rooms for 2 or 3 people with shower and toilets, 4 nights with breakfast.
Supervision: A surf instructor for each session, maximum 8 trainees.
